We're very pleased to report that our technical abstract titled 'AI fault delineation: a case study using Valhall OBS data' has been accepted for presentation at the upcoming 82nd EAGE Conference & Exhibition 2020 in Amsterdam. Well done to everyone involved!

An AI fault delineation workflow based on an in-house developed network, was applied to OBS data from the Valhall Field in the Norwegian sector of the North Sea. The workflow was applied to both PP and PS volume data and the delineated faults showed good continuity and higher confidence than manual methods of interpretation. The results were also suitable for statistical and quantitative analyses and provided and increased structural understanding of the field.
